1) Vista Irrigation District (District) invites local high school seniors to compete for scholarship(s) from the District. Up to six scholarships may be awarded in amounts ranging from $1,000 to $3,000. The purpose of the scholarship program is to increase knowledge and awareness of how water related issues influence our daily activities.
Students may download a fillable pdf application package by clicking on the link below or by contacting Brent Reyes at (760) 597-3107 to have the materials sent to them. Applications are also available through their high school counseling offices. Applications must be received via e-mail or at the District’s office by 4:00 PM on Friday February 23, 2024. Eligible students must live or go to school within the Vista Irrigation District service area.

2) Vista Irrigation District residential customers may quality for and learn more about rebates that are available on a variety of indoor fixtures, including high-efficiency clothes washers, and outdoor devices, such as rain barrels, weather-based irrigation controllers and rotating nozzles. A variety of commercial rebates are also available to multi-family and business customers of Vista Irrigation District.
