On Thursday a nice sized crowd once again attended a Coffee with the Community event sponsored by the Vista Sheriff’s Department. This time Archer’s Arrow Coffee House located at 170 Main Street in Downtown Historic Vista was the scene of a number of sheriff officers, including Vista Sheriff Captain John Boyce, mingling with many Vista residents. Some of the people in attendance crowded around a table set-up outside of Archer’s, picking up different brochures made available by Crime Prevention Specialist Jason Omundson. These brochures covered a variety of topics, many listed below. Also in attendance at the Coffee house was Vista Mayor John Franklin, City Councilmember Joe Green, and San Diego County Honorary Deputy Sheriffs President Jorge Monraz. Many of the citizens spoke with Mayor Franklin about a variety of issues and many simply enjoyed a morning without rain, a cup of coffee and a delicious muffin or pastry.

Archer’s Arrow Coffee House is owned by Josh and Kat Barille. The Coffee House has a variety of coffee’s listed on the large menu board as well as teas, hot chocolate and other drinks, along with different muffins and pastry items Archer’s offers a variety of toasts with different toppings. Josh and Kat call their coffee approachable coffee, a coffee everyone will enjoy. They were excited to host this recent Coffee with the Community. Archer’s Arrow Coffee House is easy to locate, right on Main Street and one of the businesses in the Rylan Apartment first floor. Stop in, check out the menu, grab a coffee or tea and have a swing. If you go inside you will see what I mean.
