A sinkhole has developed at 365 Pomelo Drive and the City of Vista Public Works Department is monitoring and addressing the situation. The sinkhole is presently on the east side of the street and is limited to the sidewalk and dirt shoulder areas. Once today’s rain event passes, Public Works will begin the process of repairs to the affected area. A portion of the sidewalk has been closed, and the public is asked to use alternative sidewalks in the area. “No Street Parking” signs have been placed along the affected area. Please observe all traffic signs in the area.
