The Vista Chamber of Commerce hosted the Vista State of the Community presented by Tri-City Medical Center on January 25, at 1pm. The presentation featured a community review of 2020 and a look-ahead to what’s next for Vista in 2021. The event was live-streamed from the Film Hub in downtown Vista and can now be viewed online.
State of the Community speakers included Vista Mayor Judy Ritter who presented the State of the City and Tri-City Medical Center Chief Medical Officer Dr. Gene Ma who spoke to the State of Healthcare. Vista Unified School District Superintendent Dr. Matt Doyle and Vista Unified Trustee Cipriano Vargas discussed the State of Education while Josh Williams, President BW Research, shared post-pandemic trends relating to jobs and the economy. Rachel Beld provided an update from the Vista Chamber.
