Vista Strawberry Festival Shades of Red Art Show Winners

The Shades of Red Art Show, hosted by the Backfence Society and the Vista Art Foundation opened during the Vista Strawberry Festival on the Memorial Day weekend and is still available to view during the following times: May 31 from 4-6 pm, June 1 from 2-6 pm, June 2 from 2-5 pm, June 7 from 4-6 pm, and June 8 from 1-6 pm.

Winning entries are “Red and Blue” by Laura Green (1st Place), “Strawberry Steve” by Jaimie Muehlhausen (2nd Place) and “Stellas’s Strawberry Storks” by Vickie Griffin (3rd Place). A winner for the People’s Choice award is yet to be decided, so please come and vote for your favorite.

The Backfence Society and the Vista Art Foundation are 501(c)3 nonprofit organizations that produce events and art shows that encourage creative expression and are free to the public. Donations are always welcome.
