Vistans are invited to learn more about Vista’s municipal government by enrolling in the free fall Leadership Academy program. This weeknight program lasts eight weeks, from September 6 through October 25. Sessions meet Wednesday evenings, 5 pm-7 pm.
Participants will:
Learn how decisions are made, how City funds are allocated, and how City departments operate.
Meet their elected officials, City Manager, Department Directors, and other City staff.
Tour City facilities, the Vista Business Park, and the downtown area.
Discuss planning, growth, traffic, infrastructure, finances, and more.
