Usually during this time of year, we would be having sales and planning our opening for Memorial weekend. While this is not the case currently, we wanted to reach out and thank you for you continued patience and support during this time. This message will provide you with an update on our summer plans.
The state and county regulations for outdoor waterpark attractions continue to provide some difficulty for our operation. We have several possible scenarios in place should the regulations allow for more visitors. When we return, we want to ensure we have not compromised your safety, be fiscally responsible, and provide the aquatic experience you have come to love and expect from The Wave Waterpark.
This is what we know and are planning for as of today. We can provide all day splash camps, swim lessons for all ages, and private rentals of individual attractions to groups in a limited capacity. Registration for splash camps, swim lessons and group rentals will begin April 1.
Some of you had purchased season passes or had program credit on file. All those funds remain on account and you can use them for any Wave programs. If you had purchased a season pass and rolled it over to 2021, we will extend the season pass expiration for the 2022 season in hopes of providing the regular Wave summer. We do understand, however, that these are challenging times and if you would like a refund on your passes or programs please reply to this message and we will process your refund in a timely manner. The refund would be applied to the original form of payment.
Until we can welcome you back to a full summer of fun, stay safe and well. We hope to see you soon.
