The 2019 Juried Biennial is now open at William D. Cannon Art Gallery. This exhibit is known regionwide as an important showcase for the work of both emerging and mid-career artists in San Diego County. This year’s exhibit features 60 works by 46 artists who live or work in San Diego County. Nine Carlsbad artists were selected this year, which is the highest number to date in a juried exhibition.
The 2019 jurors were Maria Mingalone, Executive Director of the Oceanside Museum of Art, and Robert Pincus, Art Critic, professor and writer.
