24th Annual Art in the Village Attracts New Artists

Join us from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm when four downtown blocks of Carlsbad Village will turn into an open-air art show for the 24th Annual Art in the Village. Stroll our charming Village streets, just two blocks from the ocean, and take in amazing artwork, live music on stage, performance art, demonstrations, and interactive displays.

Outdoor Art Show Featuring 100 Fine Artists
Held every Summer since 1998, the Carlsbad Village Association has hosted Art in the Village, a free, one-day, open-air art show, that features fine artists from all over the region. All artwork is juried and you can meet the artists in their booths the day of the event. Oil, watercolor, mixed media, digital, photography, glasswork, woodworking, jewelry, pottery, and more will be on display and for purchase.

This year, Art in the Village welcomes new local and regional artists in a wide variety of mediums. Quickly becoming one of the premier fine art shows in Southern California, Art in the Village is drawing more and more talented artists to its open-air event. New artists like Troi Follansbee (Mosaic Glass Art), Veronica Hanson (Mixed Media), Sylvia Hemby (Acrylic Painting above), and Jerry Clovis (Acrylic Painting), and Ben Rinenbach (Black & White Photography), all whose work is below, are among many new artists joining us this year.
