Starting July 13, the City Council will hold its meetings in person in the council chamber at City Hall, 1200 Carlsbad Village Drive. Monthly workshops will be held virtually through Sept. 30.
What to expect
Masks and social distancing will be optional for people who are fully vaccinated and required for those who are not.
Courtyard seating will be available for those who prefer to be outdoors.
How to provide comments
The public comment process will be the same as it was before the COVID-19 pandemic.
If you would like to address the City Council, simply fill out a request to speak form, indicate which part of the agenda you want to comment on, and turn the form in to the City Clerk prior to the agenda item beginning.
You may also send your comments to clerk@carlsbadca.gov prior to the meeting. Those received before 4 p.m. will be provide to the City Council before the meeting starts.
Comments sent via email will not be read out loud during the meeting.
