Ready to get ‘Psivilized’?

Eating out should be a “Psivilized” activity where one feeds not only the body, but the mind. And be affordable and, of course, delicious!

That was Ana Bennett’s goal when she started showing up at breweries and other pop-ups as the go-to food artisan a few years ago.

Now Ana has put down roots by collaborating with Don Felipe’s Panaderia, the popular Downtown Vista bakery at 613 S. Santa Fe Ave. The panaderia still serves freshly baked Mexican goodies and breakfasts in the morning. Then Psivilized takes over around 2 p.m. to offer delicious, family friendly meals ranging from grilled cheese and burgers to specialties like pickled pork sandwiches and kava smoothies.

Many menu items can be prepared as traditional recipes or vegan style.
