On Saturday, September 19, 2026, just before 9:00 PM, deputies from the Fallbrook Sheriff’s Substation responded to the 7-11, at 5555 Mission Road, Bonsall, for a subject laying on the ground in the parking lot requesting help.
The adult male appeared to be suffering from a stab wound to his lower back. He was transported by paramedics to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries for medical care.
The circumstances and motive surrounding the incident remain under investigation. No arrest has been made. Based on the information gathered so far, this appears to be an isolated incident.
