“We have a climate crisis. My presentation shows why this is true. It also shows what the government must do to avoid climate destabilization. It’s in California’s official plan to avoid a climate disaster. The Plan has a name. Anyone can read it. Everyone should know these things. California’s Official Plan is a systems engineering solution of a systems engineering problem.”
Mike Bullock served on Energy-Climate-Transportation committees for the Sierra Club, chaired the Transportation Committee for the Sierra Club San Diego, and contributed to California’s climate strategy.
