We are honored to share a special moment: at our HOPE in Full Bloom Gala on March 28, the City of Vista presented an official proclamation declaring “Cindy Taylor Day” in recognition of a woman whose compassion, leadership, and dedication have left a lasting imprint on our community.
We were honored to see this recognition at our HOPE in Full Bloom Gala, where Cindy also received Operation HOPE–North County’s Board Legacy Award. This award celebrates the deep and lasting impact she has made over more than 20 years of service.
