Funded by Measure X, the Pier View Way Bridge & Lifeguard Headquarters Improvement Project is exploring the rehabilitation or replacement of the white concrete structure known as the Pier View Way Bridge, which incorporates the City’s Lifeguard Headquarters. A second public outreach meeting on the project will be held on Thursday, November 10 at 6:30 p.m. at the Civic Center Library Community Rooms at 330 N. Coast Highway.
