First Friday Art Walk Oceanside will be returning to its classic downtown Oceanside venues on Friday, October 5th from 5:00pm – 9:00pm.

“We are returning to our traditional Art Walk venues in Artist Alley and other nearby downtown locations this month after a very successful Art Walk last month at the Spring Hill Suites by Marriott. We have sold out all space for the October event and will have over 45 artists/vendors plus live music including Ashon Sylvester, The Venture, Steelin Tin band and Aki’s Drum Circle. Also returning are the FireLight Ladies for a flaming baton performance around 7:45pm,” says Susan Brown, president of the Oceanside Friends of the Arts.

Sunshine Brooks Theatre on Coast Highway will be featuring the “Twists and Turns” art installation in their lobby for Art Walk visitors in conjunction with opening night of “Deathtrap”, a comedy thriller by Ira Levine.
