The 863-square-foot store is owned by Cindi Karl, a longtime charcuterie enthusiast who is excited to help families, friends and businesses bring something festive to the table.

Graze Craze is rapidly expanding brand where expert teams of Grazologists™ curate charcuterie using a variety of high-quality ingredients. Only the best go on the board or in the box: premium meats and cheeses, fresh fruits, crisp vegetables, and more, accompanied by house-made hummus, dips, and jams. Originally from Little Rock, Arkansas, Karl has called North County San Diego home for nearly 30 years. She has deep roots in the Carlsbad community, having raised her family in Rancho Bernardo and actively volunteered throughout the region. Before opening Graze Craze Carlsbad, Karl built a successful career scaling technology start-ups and now looks forward to applying her experience to growing her own company.
