NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Administrator of the City of Vista, California, will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 11, 2020, at 1:00 p.m. to receive and consider all evidence and reports presented at said hearing and/or obtained previously relative to the following matter:
The project applicant, Ryan Atkinson, is requesting approval of Site Development Plan to convert an existing 2,451-square foot single-family home to a commercial retail building to include landscaping, parking, and other site improvements on a 1.01-acre site located at 1017 Sycamore Avenue (APN 217-211-13-00). This project has been determined to be exempt from environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act in accordance with CEQA Guidelines Section 15303 – New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures.
