The Council discussed the inclusion of a second gateway arch in Phase III of the Paseo Santa Fe Streetscape Improvement project, near the intersection of S. Santa Fe Avenue and Civic Center Drive. After much discussion and staff input the Council voted 4-1 to approve the second gateway arch. Councilmember Corinna Contreras voted No to the proposal.
