Single-Room Occupancy Hotel 330 Mar Vista Drive

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the Chartered City of Vista, California, will hold a public hearing in the Vista Civic Center located at 200 Civic Center Drive, Vista, on July 5, 2022, at 6:00 PM, to receive and consider all evidence and reports presented at said hearing and/or obtained previously relative to the following matter:

P22-0115, Single-Room Occupancy Hotel at 330 Mar Vista Drive – Vista International, Inc.
The project applicant, Vista International, Inc., is requesting an amendment to the R-1 Zone to allow a single-room occupancy (SRO) hotel in the R-1 Zone with a special use permit (SUP), and a SUP to establish a SRO at 330 Mar Vista Drive (APN 183-041-45) within a former motel facility (Motel 6). This project is exempt from environmental review in accordance with CEQA Guidelines Section 15301 – Existing Facilities.

NOTE: If you challenge this project in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Vista at, or prior to, the public hearing.

ALL INTERESTED PARTIES ARE INVITED to attend said hearing and express opinions on the matter outlined above.
