On Tuesday night, February 16 Jon Del Construction will begin sewer line work for the new El Dorado Apartments project. The first work week is expected to be completed at night between 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. at the intersection of San Marcos Blvd.
Day-time work is anticipated from February 22 through May 22. Delays in the schedule may occur due to inclement weather conditions.
Although two-way traffic will be maintained on Pico Ave., short traffic delays and detours should be anticipated. Standard traffic control measures with advanced warning signs and pedestrian detours will be in place.
