Request for certification of the Final Environmental Impact Report, adoption of Environmental Findings, and a Statement of Overriding Considerations pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act for the Sunroad Plaza Project, along with a Special Use Permit, inclusive of a Site Development Plan, Tentative Subdivision Map, and Comprehensive Sign Program to develop a retail commercial center consisting of a self-service carwash, four drive-through restaurants, retail buildings, and associated parking lot and site improvements on 4.12 acres of vacant land located at 460 Hacienda Drive (APN 164-231-01, 164-231-02, 164-231-03, 164-231-04).
