Traffic signal improvements are taking place at Vista Village Drive and N. Santa Fe Avenue in downtown Vista on Sunday, May 23 from 6 am to 5 pm. The traffic signal will be dark during this time and all-way stop signs will be in place. Motorists are encouraged to use an alternate route to avoid any traffic congestion that may occur.
