The City of Vista will build a new “pocket park” on a currently vacant site located at the North West corner of Avenida De Benito Juarez and Avenida De La Plaza. The City is also relocating the existing Sheriff’s Substation adjacent to Luz Duran Park and will make improvements to the park. The City needs your input on both projects.
